It is written with peer reviewed, scientific (all cited) research- which appeals to me as a medical professional. It is a reassuring and option giving book that is pro-mother. It gives a woman the information she needs to make the healthiest and safest choices for herself and her child. It also instills confidence in how and what we do during that natural process, without bashing the medical necessity for interventions.Highly HIGHLY recommended for moms- first go round or baby #3!
