I absolutely love this cookbook. My family is trying to eat more veggies and beans rather than meat. This cookbook is abundant in both of those. A lot of recipes have dairy, cheese and eggs, which fir us is okay since we haven’t decided whether or not to give up those completely. I like the fact that there are crockpot recipes along with regular ones. I’m looking forward to using this cookbook, I think it will be my go to for my family’s meals. Highly recommended!!

A delightful resource presented as user-friendly to anybody that likes to eat good food! The recipes are clear and extremely interesting. It's a cookbook that makes even a non-cook curious join in. I love the illustrations and the very ample selections for crockpot (slow cooking). A real gem.

This is a vegetarian book for those who just want to pass on meat and not too concerned about the health aspects of the food. This does not mean that the recipes are not good which they will definitely taste good. I am vegetarian and not vegan so have no problem with some diary but this uses lots of butter, cheese, cream etc. If Paula Dean wrote a vegetarian book this is what it would be.

I was looking for a slow cooker vegetarian recipe book. This wasn’t only slow cooker recipes but the variety is amazing. We’ve tried several recipes and have enjoyed them all.

I've been using the recipes regularly to make new things.

This was a gift for our vegetarian son and his family. I spent quite a bit of time looking through it. Before we gave it to them, I copied several of the meatless recipes. It's time to introduce a weekly meatless meal in this house. Fix it and Forget It Vegetarian had some really good options that I think will be very satisfying.
